Get around:
Public transportation is sub par so most of the locals just drive.
They have an inter-city bus but its services goes on and off so you never really know if there going to be a bus today.
Shared taxis run every 30 minutes or so starting at 6 or 7am and promptly stops at 5 or 6pm. You can call for a cab but it takes longer than your actual trip for the cab to get to you.
Car hire is by far the easiest but it is also the most expensive. Driving standards are poor and the roads are full of incompetent drivers. The roads themselves are even missing markers.
